Thank you for applying to be part of the LYSO Facebook Live Event. This event is on a first come first serve basis as we can only fit up to 66 vendors per event. Please note, if you do not make it into this event you will be put on a running list for the next available spot the following month.

Please note all applications come with:

1.) One Facebook post to LYSO's Page prior to the event (posted by LYSO)

2.) Facebook LIVE spot for 30 minutes.

3.) An quarter sheet ad in the the program

OPTIONAL: (In addition to the above)

1.) You may purchase additional ads space in the program.

a.) Half a page $20

b.) Full page $30

2.) You may choose to be a sponsor. This enables us to promote this event to a wider audience. Your logo will also be placed throughout the program depending on your sponsor level as well as more Facebook posts.

a,) Bronze $50 Logo on inside of program.

b.) Silver $100 Logo on inside of program. Free half page ad.

c.) Gold $200 Logon on inside and back for program. Free half page ad

d.) Platinum $300 : Logo on inside and back of program. Free full page ad.

e.) Diamond $500: Logo on front , inside, and back of program. Interview published in program. Free full page ad.

Vendor Agreement

This applications is for local yarn shops in the USA. It is a requirement to be somewhat familiar with Facebook and know how to perform a Facebook LIVE. We can coach you, but ultimately, you must engage to learn Facebook. Your LIVE event date and time will be announced in the LYSO Backstage Group two weeks before the show. We will also hold a group meeting via Zoom (that will be recorded) to explain what to expect and for all questions. By submitting this form, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the LYSO Application and Agreement. Any LYS (local yarn shop) found in violation of this agreement may be asked to leave and be prevented from participating in future events. We reserve the right to remove any vendor we consider disruptive or operating in an unsafe manner.
